Due to the nature and use of these items we generally do not accept returns as most items are vin# specific or built to order.We will exchange only if the item is defective. We do recommend professional installation on this item. If the item is defective and cannot be exchanged or fixed a refund of the original purchase price will be issued after requested proof of malfunction and/or damage is given. We do make certain exceptions on a case by case basis for returning products, if your return request is accepted, a 20% restocking fee* will be assessed and applied. Items must include all original packaging. Return shipping will not be refunded.  *All sales are final, any cancelations after order is placed, but before the item has shipped, will result in a 3% credit card/processing fee.Before returning any items please contact us for specific shipping instructions.  *Hard parts such as EGR kits, DPF Pipes/Exhaust, Pyro Kits, Throttle Valve Kits, Exhaust Tips & S&B Intakes are not eligible for return unless we make an exception and a 30% restocking/shipping fee will apply along with your return shipping cost.
