Tech support has been great! Products I purchased for my 2017 silverado are High quality and the parts were as said direct bolt on. Without any drilling welding or rebuilding to fit. I will be placing more orders from Elite in the future.

Purchased a tuner about ayear ago. Great product . Works perfectly, and fit was on point. Recently I had to upgeade to a heavier duty vale body that required specific paramaters to be met. After a brief discussion with the Elite Diesels team, they knew the system I had did not meet the requirements and started creating a new tune revision to fit my new setup. In less than two days, I was back up and running. Thank you guys for the great work you all put into your product.

Needed a rush order for a cab and chassis tow tune on efi live. It was delivered promptly. I had an issue on my end and elite tech support helped me out same day and now my trucks running like a top! I highly recommend giving these guys your business.

Absolutely fantastic not a problem in the world some of the exhaust was a tad bit out of snap but nothing a little brute force couldn’t fix, air intake was missing a gasket but it was useless nothing too crazy. Installed it in a day

Excellent parts and service. If you order parts from anywhere but elite diesel your an idiot. Unbelievable customer service, had issue with my ezlynk and they were so quick to respond. Not to mention it was on a SATURDAY. This day and time service like that is a thing of the past. Definitely be ordering more parts from here in the future.

10/10 these kits are made extremely well and super easy to install. If the kits were any easier to install they would have to install themselves. The EZ Lynk 3.0 is now my new favorite way to tune a truck whether it’s the ECM or TCM very straightforward and whatever you can’t handle the customer service will walk you through the whole process. 5 position switch was very cool design utilizing a no longer needed plug in the engine to send signal to the ecm very smart and easy. The S&B is the best on the market when it comes to design , performance and fitment glad it’s all they offer because it’s all you need. The exhaust is an ease to install and I love that they offer stainless and the clamps are a good no pinch design so it’s easy to remove the pipes in future for any maintenance reasons. Only place I will ever buy a kit and I've bought 6 full delete kits and I’ll buy plenty more.

Absolutely no complaints, got here by time they said it would. Then it went together like a charm, runs good and was first time. Very happy and would highly recommend this kit!

Thank you Elite! Installed a complete delete kit including egr with soft switch on my 2016 titan xd that had a leaking egr cooler.
